Digital Rights Enforcement
How we take an operation apart.
Discovery, detection and enforcement across a whole pirate operation, end to end. Every stage automated, every stage supervised.
Randy labs operational data. All figures are per season.
01 Discover
A matchday starts with the targets already known.
Detection is not the first step. Long before a feed goes live, agents are working the places where access is sold and shared, mapping the services and the infrastructure behind them.
Between events
Patient intelligence
- The places access is sold and shared are watched continuously
- New services are found and profiled before they matter
- The infrastructure and supply chain behind an operation is mapped
- Targets are ranked by the damage they actually cause
During the event
Real-time response
- Every delivery method monitored at once, live
- Evidence captured the moment infringement is confirmed
- Enforcement triggered automatically, without waiting on a person
- Priorities reordered as the picture changes
Investigations
The network behind the stream, mapped.
Autonomous investigation agents work between events: finding new services, profiling each one as a business, and mapping the suppliers, resellers and infrastructure each depends on, including how that infrastructure moves and persists across a season. By matchday, the operation is already understood.
Every node is profiled as a business: what it sells, how it distributes, and what it depends on.
- New services discovered and profiled without manual searching
- Each operation understood as a business: offer, pricing, distribution
- Supply chains and reseller networks mapped, not just endpoints
- Targets ranked by the damage they actually cause
- How infrastructure moves and persists, tracked across the season
- Intelligence feeding directly into matchday enforcement
02 Detect
Proving the content is yours.
Watermarking and fingerprinting break the moment a stream is re-encoded, which is why legacy tooling misses so much. Our models read the broadcast the way an analyst would, so there is nothing to strip out and nothing to compare against.
Two patents pending
We prove a stream is yours without ever seeing your feed.
The models assess the broadcast across several independent dimensions at once, and a detection only stands when those readings agree. That is what holds the false-positive count at zero, and it is why altering or re-encoding a stream does not defeat it.
Coverage
Full spectrum, or it is not coverage.
Most vendors own one vector and leave the rest to somebody else. Every route a live feed can take is monitored here, by the same platform, in the same operation.
- Web streaming
- Sites hosting or linking to unauthorised content, traced back to the source that serves them.
- IPTV sharing
- Access shared through open channels, identified and evidenced at source.
- IPTV selling
- The commercial operations selling access, profiled and evidenced as businesses.
- Applications
- Applications redistributing live feeds, wherever they are published.
- CDN leeching
- Unauthorised redistribution of a legitimate feed at the edge.
- Card sharing, P2P and debrid
- The redistribution routes that sit outside conventional streaming.
A takedown is not the end of the conversation. It is the start of one.
03 Enforce
The agent argues back. Your team does not have to.
Intermediaries dispute, stall, and demand proof. Our rebuttal agents answer them in real time in the same thread, which is what keeps roughly 52,000 reports a matchday moving with nobody in the loop.
- 01
Report issued
Routed to the right intermediary automatically, in the right form.
- 02
Rebuttal agent replies
Pushback answered in real time, in the same thread, without a person involved.
- 03
Confirmed down
Stream blocked, compliance recorded, evidence preserved for the case file.
- Report issuedRL-2026-•••••
Infringement report delivered to the responsible intermediary, evidence attached.
- ••••••••••provider
Disputes the notice and requests further proof of rights and infringement.
- Rebuttal agentsame thread
Responds with the case restated and the evidence record, without escalation to a human.
- ••••••••••provider
Confirms the content has been removed.
- Closedcompliance recorded
Outcome logged against the intermediary, evidence preserved for the case file.
The thread opens, argues and closes without a person touching it.
We report everything. We enforce what matters.
A pirate service is never one address. It is an operation with suppliers, resellers and shared infrastructure behind it. We understand that architecture before we act, so enforcement lands where it actually costs the operator something, rather than on whichever address happened to be visible.
Arion
Blocking that knows what it is about to break.
Arion is our enforcement gateway. Every request is assessed before anything executes, so action is taken at the scale a live event needs without ever putting legitimate services at risk. Rights holders get speed and precision at once.
Every report is followed to an outcome. Intermediaries that ignore notices are escalated, with the record to support it.
- Enforcement decisions taken automatically at matchday scale
- Legitimate services protected as a hard guarantee, not a setting
- Human oversight retained where judgement is required
- Works with static, dynamic and live injunction regimes
- Per-intermediary compliance tracked and evidenced
- Exportable records for regulatory and legal proceedings
What one fixture actually costs.
A single two-hour live event generates this much work. Every stage is automated, because at these volumes there is no other option.
- 0110,000+Piracy leadsSurfaced by autonomous crawlers and agents
- 0214,000+EvidencesCaptured and AI-validated
- 0350,000+Flagged IPs and URLsResolved, enriched, and risk-scored
- 0418,000+Enforcement actionsNotices, blocks, and takedowns issued
Manual work should be complementary. Content protection needs the intelligence and the scale of machines.
Based on observed handling times of 12 seconds per lead, 30 seconds per evidence, 15 seconds per URL and IP, and 20 seconds per action.
Results
What changes after we are switched on.
Two figures from live deployments with major rights holders, measured against what their previous supplier delivered.
Before: dozens of blocks per match
Thousands of blocks per match, zero overblocking.
A rights holder whose previous infrastructure capped what it could detect, and therefore what it could block, in real time.
Before: most notices went unanswered
Notices that used to go cold now complete.
The same intermediaries, the same notices. The difference is rebuttal agents answering the pushback instead of the report being left to expire.
Report
Evidence, not screenshots.
Every action produces a structured, auditable record with the chain of custody intact, because a takedown that cannot be proved is not worth much when a case reaches court.
- Broadcaster
- Identified
- Match type
- Audio and visual
- Servers traced
- Three, two jurisdictions
- Takedown
- Completed
Illustrative record. Not live case data.
Game-week reports
Detection, enforcement, and outcomes after every fixture.
Ecosystem mapping
Quarterly view of the intermediaries carrying infringing traffic.
Licensee assessments
Security reviews that show where a legitimate feed is leaking.
Witness statements
Signed statements and court attendance when a case proceeds.
Protection runs the whole match.
Piracy does not wait for kick-off. Coverage starts before the feed goes live and does not stop until the evidence is filed.

- Pre
Before kick-off
Groundwork done in advance, so nothing starts from cold at kick-off.
- Live
During the match
Detection to disruption in real time, across every delivery method at once.
- Half
Half-time
Effectiveness assessed continuously and effort moved to where it counts.
- Post
After full time
Evidence preserved, reports issued, intelligence fed back into detection.
Automated, never unattended.
Detection and enforcement run without human intervention, but never without human oversight. Every fixture has named specialists on the line in real time, and a direct channel to them throughout.
Digital rights
An enforcement specialist watching the fixture as it runs.
Artificial intelligence
Model supervision and continuous precision tuning.
Networks
Blocking infrastructure and connectivity through the event.
